We offer the most affordable rates for student apartments in California. Student Apartments offer more privacy and independent living than conventional dormitories. Just compare our attached rates to other comparable facilities. Ideally located within walking distance of the main campus of Columbia Community College, it’s just a short walk to class, eliminating the need and cost of auto expenses, gas and insurance. All our units are furnished saving the major cost of setting up house. All you need are linens and cookware. Since we have full cooking facilities, you get to practice being a chef and save the cost of prepaid meals (which mostly go unused). Just bring some of those extra pots, pans, dishes and a microwave if you like. The rent includes all utilities including satellite TV, Internet plus a big screen HDTV with premium channels in the rec room. Large utility security deposits are not required at CSH.
