Rent Schedule

Students lease Housing Facilities on a prepaid semester or prepaid academic school-year agreement. In order to print these forms, you will be required to click here to download the Free Acrobat Reader, if you do not already have it installed.

1. Send your completed applications with a $20.00 application fee to the Director of Student Housing. Make check or money order to: CSH (Columbia Student Housing).

2. We will process the application upon receipt. Providing the report is clear, we will send you an "approval packet."

3. After receiving your approval packet, complete the enclosed forms and return the packet with your $250.00 security deposit.
